Type: Loss of a ParentMy mom had cancer for 4 years, it was really hard watching her fade away. I was 20 when she went to heaven to be with Jesus, it still feels like yesterday. She was my best friend, my hero and I want to be just like her.

My dad remarried right after my mom died. I have had a really hard time accepting her and her family because of the way their relationship started. Things are better now 7 years later but not the way they should be.

I found this group and DS when my husband left me in early 2007, very long story short we were seperated for a period of time and in the end were able to work things out and now our marriage is better than before. I am here for support because I know the pain of being seperated and filing for divorce.
