we have not 'spoken' in a while and I believe you and I are so busy right now, the we must both be greatful that blinking and breathing are not processes which we must do manually! I hope you are settled in, unpacked and enjoying your new place. I too have just moved, and your're right it's a huge step! A journey to freedom and independence, tempered with some alone time, self reflection and learning. Stay positive!

I like to eat healthy because it makes me feel better, stronger, more alert etc etc
3 year course condensed into 2 years... to be an RMT. Information overload! It's pretty intense.
I've always looked athletic, what interests me more is endurance and strength... I want to be healthy. So far 15K was my longest race, training for half marathon.
i believe that this is part of me, not completely but partially, or maybe I'm just fooling myself..?
