for anyone who has MS, please read what was sent to me by a friend's sister who also has diabetes:

 Martha,

I took the LDN last night.

I woke up this morning with perfect blood pressure, pulse under 100, and
sugar levels at the right levels.  It stayed that way all day.

I also had energy all day and was able to make my dinner from scratch
tonight and clean up after it too!

I have warmth in my fingers, toes, and nose for the first time since I
was 13.  I have had no tingling, or back spasms in the spine all day. 
My neck stiffness was gone when I awoke and has stayed that way all
day.  I haven't even had pressure or a headache all day either.  I still
have some stiffness in the shoulders; but it is nothing like I have had
following viruses or the summertime.

This stuff is great!  I did have some trouble getting to sleep; but once
I turned on the fan I was out.
