    • Close Anger Management

      My anger all started from when I was very young. No one would ever want to listen to what I had to say, mainly my loved ones. So its why I react out on them. Ive tried alot of different things. But now I need to stop this. Its out of control now.

      Treatments

      Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
      I was Baker Acted once when I was 17. We had to do some group sessions. It worked a bit, I was able to talk it all out and cry my heart out. But what didn't work for me was that they were strangers not the people that needed to hear me out.
      Music Working / Worked
      Whenever I have an episode I just put on my favorite music and cry it all out till I'm calm all over again. It is helpful at times.
      Prayer Working / Worked
      In the mornings, I cry to God and ask for some guided help. It soothes me. Just let Him know you want to turn your life over to him. I'm in your hands now Lord.
      Writing Working / Worked
      I am always writing all over everything. O' boy it really does help to write out my anger. I am not judged in any kind of way and therefore I can't hold back.
      Swimming Working / Worked
      Lately, I have been taking time out for myself and going to the pool on my free days. Just laying out in the peace and quiet, just being comfortable in my own skin with no distractions. At this time I read and write or just go in the water and relax til my skin damn near falls off. I love it.
      Dancing Working / Worked
      Whenever I get mad, I call the girls and say get ready lets go out. I release my anger that way. I love dancing!
      Reading Working / Worked
      I have some women books, that provide inspiration. And they mainly help to let me change my life for the better
      Leave Working / Worked
      At times when I feel the urge to get angry I just get up and go driving or go and lock myself up somewhere.
    • Close Diets & Weight Maintenance

      I have always been a nice thick girl. But I had got on the depo-provera shot and I gained 50 lbs. Now I cant get them off it seems like.

      Treatments

      Dancing Working / Worked
      I used to dance, competition dancing really. And that forced me to stay in shape.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      This works but once I get into my groove. Lord knows something messes me up. I'm going back though!
      Ephedra Working / Worked
      I take yellow swarm w/ ephedra at times and i get plenty of energy, im not hungry and yes you do lose weight!
