I woke up angry today. I have serious cramps and a back ache for a week that does not help my mood. I instantly start giving the girls a hard time to pick up their toys and keep the noise down, i feel like a broken record.

First of all, I'm so sorry to hear about your girl's father. It must be a difficult situation for your entire family. Secondly, congratulations on your baby boy. I'm hoping that you can somehow get some help with the kids... so that you can find some time for yourself and in turn, be more relaxed to enjoy your kids. I know it's hard but it's important to take care of yourself too! Perhaps when you know that you're going to have to tend to the baby, you set your girls up wiht a project. Arts and crafts are so good for this age. Also, when your son is napping, try to spend even 15-20 minutes of undivided attention with your girls. Have them lead the "special time" and get down on the floor, play dolls, blocks, cars... whatever it is they want... but you have to be really involved and really attentive. These 15 minutes of "special time" a day, will go a long, long way with the girls. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Best of luck.
