Haven't written in this for a little while well yesterday felt suicidal i got hold of the pills and thought why not, kids are safe in bed i had it all planned out but i couldn't do it........

Husband took me straight to the Doctor's this a.m she was excellent increased my tablets arranged an E.C.G had that done all ok then saw me again to go through everything just to make sure i wouldn't overdose.

Doctor's word to me (and this hit home)

"What would you give to have your mum back now ?"

i replied " i would give the whole world to have her back here with me"

she then said just think of what your children would say if you did something to yourself they would say exactly what you said before they would give anything to have their mum back

So that has hit home
