      i am 46 y/o female diagosed 8/22/07 with diverticulitis with perforation. I was treated for only 2 days with IV Cipro and Flagyl and then released home on a regular diet and Cipro and Flagyl pills. I had recurrence within 24 hours of release. An abcess was forming and i was then hospitalized at a different hospital. Treated with IV Zosyn for one week. Then was on Levaquin and Flagyl for a month until scheduled for a colon resection on Oct 4th. I have now had the colon resection.

      Treatments

      Cipro Not Working
      Levaquin Working / Worked
      I had oral thrush, yeast infection and Horrible joint pain.
