Michelle - Free and Healing for Six Months, Seven Days, 19 Hours and 7 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 11 Days and 20 Hours, by avoiding the use of 3416 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £723.06.

I just thought I would put my stats up. I still can't quite believe how long I have gone without smoking and that I really am not missing it. I do get the odd craving but they are so small and insignificant that they don't really bother me lol.
