Wow!!!! How have I managed to get to 9 months smokefree!!
The time has really just flown by and I can't quite believe how far I have come. I can remember the beginning like it was yesterday and boy am I glad I got through that lol. I am definitely feeling much better health wise although the extra weight needs to be addressed now and I am looking to sort that out real soon.
I have an appointment with the consultant for the results of my colonoscopy on 25th June. I will get the results of my blood tests then too lol.
I hope you are all doing well and I must just say congrats to Shell7 and lilje for getting to 9 months.

you are a star, im really proud of what you have acheived, now youve got the hard part out of the way you can concentrate on the weight issue. Good luck with your test results, i hope everything is ok,i will see you before then or just after so i can be there for you either way !! xx

Oh and the same to you my dear friend! I'm addressing the weight in a big way now too. I am so glad to be free of smoking though and you are one of the few still here that was there in my start!!! I'd be inclined to say we are quit sisters!
