Hi Everyone,
I am feeling quite good today considering I have my colonoscopy on Thursday lol. I had a quiet bank holiday weekend and to be honest I enjoyed it.
I was in the local supermarket this morning and I was looking at the cigarettes which were behind the counter and I was shocked at how much they have gone up in price since I quit. I really am glad I don't smoke for health reasons but also for financial reasons. I think I will alter my quit counter because I would be paying that price if I was still smoking. It felt really good that I am not a slave to cigarettes anymore!!!

Good luck for Thursday, hope it all goes well for you , not long now and it will be over with. You are so lucky you dont smoke anymore they are really expensive, the ones i smoke are just over 5 and a half quid im actually quit relieved when im at work and i smoke less. The price in itself should be enough to put you off starting again , doesnt it make you wonder how you found the money in the first place ????

The worst part of a colonoscopy is the prep you have to do for it. You'll do fine. Hope everything is okay.
