My dear friend, I did 'NOT know you had alopecia areata...I do too, I had lost all of my hair on top of my head, and had to have steroid injection,for 8 years, that did "NOT" work. Two years ago when I started taking all my herbal & vitamin supplements, My hair started growing back,NO more scarves, hats trying to hide mt bald head. It's been wonderful. Also my neice has A.A and dls, She was on the steroid therapy too, and hated it. She started taking supplememnts too and her hair has grown back. We both have had good luck,if you want to call it that using the natural remeidies. ... Thanks for letting me share...There is hope ! Sending hugs & prayers.

I am a pastor's wife and have been a shy person all of my life. It harded now that I am forced into the front because of my position as a pastor's wife. I really need support from others who are like myself.
