      Sorry to hear about your son, being so young and having to go through this. At least CML is one of the easies to treat. I was diagnosed 2 months ago also, taking gleevec and it is working. Had a problem with fluid retention around the eyes, but on a diuritic, so helping. Blondina

    • Close Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML)

      My 14 year old son was diagnosed with cml 2 months ago and interested in anything to do with cml and its treatments.

      Treatments

      Gleevec Working / Worked
      He has only been on it since beginning of July but wcc is now 3.8 and was 108.
