Walking, swimming and various exercise classes, computer classes, bird watching, line dancing, reading, bible study, church activities and traveling with my wonderful husband of 39 yrs. Love photography, favorite subjects are my 3 small grandchildren. I like the homemaking 'arts' like cooking & sewing window treatments. I plan to finally learn bridge and take some knitting classes. Have had IBS for many years. See what I take to manage the situation.
Have slightly deviated septum and enlarged turbinates.
I have fibromyalgia, but share in some of the exhaustion that CFS people have. Hope I can learn from and relate to some of you fascinating folks.
Have lost hearing in upper ranges. Hopefully the rest of hearing will stay in place for a long time.
Not sure what kind of arthritis at this point. For years they've said "Fibromyalgia" and osteoporosis. I have sharp pains in hip joint and the whole spine and neck are involved. Will be looking for the best orthopedist now.
