I am 26 and from Ohio, and I am a graphic designer. Im geting married in july and I couldn't be more excited! Right now i'm coming off lupron and hope to manage my pain by diet changes, i hope that works! I had a good experience with lupron, im just not a fan of it messing with my thyroid!

My top interest right now, is to get to know myself. Other than that, i love the beach and the outdoors, rollerblading, bike riding... I also love animals, and colors. Decorating and design are some of my favorites as well.

Hi! I did want you to know I'd had manifesting Endo for over 27 years. Let's see, from the age of 13 til the year 2000. My journey with it was tough, but it us what it is, or was. I don't discuss the Endo there much (only passing reference was on May 26th journal entry) but there is a great YouTube link on there about 'Patient Affirmation' I posted that I found on YouTube, on my May 16th entry. Close Codependency
Im 24 and just stopped the wedding planning. I was with this man for 8 years. We had nothing in common, very different emotional needs and goals. We have broken up 6 times during those years, and I cant seem to get it through my head that its over. My therapist says i am a codep. person and I think shes right. I know hes wrong for me, but I want to keep trying to make it work because I love him so much. Im afraid to move on without him in my life.
Treatments
- Music Somewhat Helpful
- if i listen to happy music, something with a beat that makes me want to get up and dance, it helped. If it had anything to do about relationships and trying again i was a mess
- Talking Working / Worked
- therapist. States I'm codependant. I dont know how to break the cycle. I often talk myself into things that wont work, just so i can try harder at something that has already failed 6 times
Close Endometriosis
I have been stuggling with endo since I was 13. 2 years ago I had laproscopic surgery and they found a large amount of scar tisue and my ovary was attached to my adomb. wall.They also removed a large hemmorratic cyst. I am no longer on BC pills, I eat all organic food and I am 95% pain free.
Treatments
- Ortho Evra Somewhat Helpful
- gained a lot of weight, made me sick if i missed doses
- Surgery Working / Worked
- laproscopic surgey with contin. BC pills helps to a certain extent. My cyst problems were getting move severe with staying on BC, they wanted me to go on Lupron and I said no way! I am not commplete off BC pills and doing much better
Open Inguinal Hernia
i am a 25 year old female that has endometriosis, i went in for surgery to "unattach" my left ovary from my bowels and they found a hernia. I know nothing about it, how big it was or anything. I know that it was a lingual hernia and i had some type of mesh put over it.
Treatments
- Surgery Working / Worked
- i had some type of mesh put over my hernia that was "tacked" in place by what looks like metal t-pins.
