past the sky

beyond the clouds

over the rainbows

across the stars

there is a purpose

laid down before

we were born

and all our lives

we search for it

hurting

until we find it.

 and how stupid we are

to find

that it is right in front of us

all the time.

that is how things are on this earth.

so close to us we cannot see them.

but we are desperate in our search...

and because we hide things

from each other

we think God hides things from us.

and how stupid we are to find out

that it is right in

front of us

all the time.

where i live

you can walk for miles in peace

watching the waves come in

and go out...

and when you dare

to look out at the horizon

you realize

how tiny you really are

and how far forever

really is....

I don t know about you, but I could use

some peace in my world.

will you walk with me along the shoreline????

sometimes we try so hard

to reach a dream

and someone keeps pulling

us back to earth.

and it may even seem plausible

that they are right...

and we should not try to go there...

but deep inside,

we know

that we were put here for this one thing

and it will affect many

if we are not able to do it.

Somewhere over the rainbow

dreams really do come true.

I am going to do all that I can to make sure it does.

I need you to help

by speaking a word

that floats upwards to the other side of the moon

to a place we cannot see.

and I will love you for doing that.

as my words for you are already there.
