I hope all is well with you and your new book. Things are going great here. My divorce was final on 9/11, I get to keep the house, work has picked up, and my new doc fixed my sinuses, so I can smell and taste food for the first time in 8 years. Amazing!

My sinuses have been damaged by using Flonase nasal spray for three months, twice a day. I now cannot sleep for more than 4 hours a night due to the damamge of the turbonates in my forehead. The air I breathe in is no longer being humidified. I also suffer from effects from Red Tide algae in the gulf of Mexico. It has affected my lungs and probably my sinuses also. I live near the coast so I am exposed alot to it.
i am married to a recovering alcoholic. just back from rehab. married 16 years. I am at a loss of how to feel. how to back off and still have a relationship.
