"The Hole"
It is deep,
it is sharp,
it was a shattered
piece of my heart!
It's been there,
it's tore apart,
strewn about
right from the start.
Who knows why,
Oh! does it show?
Cuz it began
so long ago.
When it took
it's first blow,
that flung it about
to and fro.
It finally gave in,
the pressure built up,
the pain it did boil
and it did erupt!
It will move on,
will be patched up.
I know this now,
cuz i'm no more a pup.
God only knows when
this will all end.
Those pieces of our hearts,
when they will mend.
Holes filled with love,
joy and peace will blend.
All the hate, pain and grief,
will be gone, NO PRETEND!

These usually come to me, as I'm waking up in the morn., and I don't always get them wrote down...but I'm gonna try to from now on.
