Have been diagnosed w/Fibro.,CFS,IBS,and other related things...since 03'apx. Dealing w/the pain,etc. w/out presc.drugs...due to prob. w/them. And now I choose to use alternative therapies 1st.

Yes, if it's done according to your personal needs! Prob. could use a "good" massage, but need to find a new therapist! And $ is an issue for me too!(not enough)

Aqua Therapy Somewhat Helpful

Only worked when I used the "natural" hot springs...not the man-made ones!

TENS Working / Worked

Works esp. when I'm real tense, or sore!

Vitamin B12 Working / Worked

Helps to keep me up and going more! I don't use ot all the time tho.

I've lost many family and friends, including pets! But the one person that I cannot get through the loss of yet, is my mom! She is/was my adopted mother (aunt thru my mother's side). She was my "rock" and "safe" place to go/fall! I can't seem to shake the pain of her loss! And I've gotten worse w/most all my other problems!

I believe this came from my childhood : Beaten up by a sitter's bro.(I was 5),sexual abuses of several people,been abused in other ways too. Also a couple of stranger's who tried to get me (a serial killer/rapist),and a guy who pulled over in his car, when i was walking hm. from school.

Was adopted by my mother's sister at the age of 5...after I had been beat up by a sitter's bro. & my mom had a nervous break. My older bro. (by almost 4yrs), was adopted out to strangers, at his birth. He found us back in the 80's. I still don't know who my father is (nor does my bro.)...my mom doesn't remember the names!
