One fourth gets whole grains, one half gets veggies and one fourth gets lean protein. No skyscrapers! Also check out these simple tips on how to burn fat faster:

Walking twice a day, really helps. I would walk fast on a short trip. The evening trip would be to walk a farther distance.

I discovered that WALKING burns fat.
Less or NO carbs burns fat.
Jump roping (simple exercise) while counting up to 21 burns fat. This simple exercise revs up the metabolism super fast. All of this, you should burn 2-3 pounds a week.
