I there's anything you'd like me to answer for you about Health & Wellness?

I am always researching for my website and adding new articles on what other people & I seem to be interested in. I'd love to know if there's anything you're curious about and like more information on.

Our aim is to sort through all the hype & bring you the facts, so I'd love to hear what you want to know about!

Also, if you have information you'd like to share here that relates to health & wellness, please post a topic or add it to a relevant topic already here, and please tell your friends about Young Women's Wellness!

    it sure does... You are likely to skip meals or eat unhealthily, and snack when you do get hungry from the missed meals, or you may use food to deal with the stress. Most people do one or the other when they are stressed. Eating healthy, regular meals will help your stress levels stay at a minimum and help to get to and then maintain a healthy weight.

    Hope this helped, I'll add more on about what foods are great to help ease stress, both easy with lots of properties to help you relax... the first thing that pops to mind is swapping caffeine for camomile tea, or at least drinking tea instead of coffee, and lots of water to keep you hydrated. Often when we run out of energy the stress is harder to handle, and water is a great energy booster...

    I would like to get facts on pregnancy, speaking that I just found out that I am pregnant. I am scared cause I have heard that you can die cause of complications.
