Do you take time out regularly for yourself to just put your feet up and watch a good movie or listen to some music while you paint your nails?
I love having a hot shower once my son is sound asleep at night and use an aromatherapy soap with lavender and a few other yummy things to help promote relaxation, then spend however long after my shower doing a facial, my hair or nails, moisturising or just watching tv with my hair drying in towel and only a little lamp on.
I'm off to Bali in 10 days, so I'm hoping to spend a lot of time having relaxing beauty treatments on the beach or a spa, and the rest exploring Bali with my son and husband : ) That's what I imagine ultimate relaxation to be!
How do you take time for yourself to relax? What do you think is the ultimate way to relax?
