Exercise

Do you exercise? If you do, what sort and how often?
I try to walk around my area a bit and like doing yoga when i find the time. I don't exercise as much as I should though, but I do try to fit it in... though chasing my little boy who's almost 3 keeps me pretty active, so I guess I don't do too badly!
I'd love to get back into boxercise - I did it in high school and loved it, so think I probably still would. Problem is I don't like the idea of gyms, so maybe I'll give a health centre for women a try... I think I have a Contours center nearby... but for now I'm happy with what I'm doing, just want to do yoga a bit more often : )
I'd love to know what other people do to stay active & healthy!
