Hello,
We have so many members and I'm sure we all have a lot to talk about regarding yoga practice, yoga philosophy, pose questions..... I just feel we could be a vibrant and supportive community. So please feel free to start a topic. I check here everyday to see if someone has posted. Yoga is a big part of my life as it is for many of you. Let's discuss openly and without fear.

    Namaste!

I enjoy learning everything about Yoga, including the same thing I learned yesterday. The power of the moment... The freedom to make choices. The awareness to be free. Most times it is all lost in the mundane confusion. So the need to practice... the Awareness

The same pose is never the same. It's as alive as we are. I love that about this path. This incredible journey. i am allowing the pose to work for me rather than me working the pose. After 8 years it finally started to make sense: where are you holding on and where can you just let go.

I find in life I service others as a mirror and in that action I get yelled at without justice. I hope to ride things out, but I love this group because this is my passion and Yoga provides so much wisdom. I need Yoga to heal myself and my family.

Yes, when I have to drop my practice back due to sickness/injury/time I notice a huge emotional difference for me. I do believe in the ability to achieve healing through yoga. Absolutely.

    Hi

Yes I notice an emotional difference too when I stop my yoga practice. I feel I want to learn so more about yoga and learn to let myself go with the pose. Its good sharing techniques, thoughts and what we all get out of yoga too

hi, I just found this group and am excited to see what is going on with it! I have a daily yoga practice and it is has helped me in ways that I know how to describe and ways that I don't understand yet.

what comes to my mind when I think about my practice today: acceptance, letting go, peace, vibrancy, clarity.

from this group I would be interested in learning about other people's practices, why they do it, what benefits they see, how their practice has evolved over the years....

    :)

    Godd to see people here.

I want to post but keep getting interrupted. I am really involved with the kids. I feel like the world is not the same as I thought. Yoga eases the pain.

I'll get more later. just want to enter this while I can!

Keep going gals, I love u all!

i'd like a picture and description for a new yoga move each week, and then have a chance to hear how it went for everyone doing it all week. i am very new to yoga and haven't done ANY of it since childhood or teenhood or something, and need a tutorial like this badly.
