Has anyone been to www.fitconnect.com ?
It is like this place, but for fitness.
There are videos, blogs, recipes, tip, local gyms, member groups, etc...
It is still new, but Ryan just won backing from 50cent (if you saw on "The Money and The Power"). The site is about to SOAR!!
