It's springtime and the air is mild
Yellow daffodilles in the sun
Bloom on the hill
Reminding us that Easter has come
And the hope in God's Son
On that cross he had died for our sins
Which we confess still
And all our burdens lay at his feet
He triumphed over death
And rose up above
With the Father has the heavenly seat
Now has sent the Comforter
In mercy and love
To dwell in each of us
Unite us in one body and share
His guidance in love and care
Given in His Word
For our life here on earth
And Heaven above.
