"Morning Glory"
Night has slipped away
Dawn of bright skies
Brings light upon my eyes
That flutter open to behold
Rising sun through my window
That climbs the misty hills
Seen above my window sill
Shining rays speckles fleecy clouds
With streamers of crimson & golds
From my slumber I arise
To greet this bright sun rise
a new day unfolds
In a vast array of engaging events
I shall meet along the way
As I stroll now in the park
My hart delights in the glory
Of a beautiful morning
Quickly I sketched a water color scene
Reflecting the serene
Condition of my soul today
Each moment I shall cherish
Live fully to the optimum
As God intends life to be
Consecrated in Thanksgiving to Him
