Where Are You, God?

The bonfire that used to stir my heart,
is now nothing but a glowing coal,
and is not sparking anyone's desires anymore.
Where are you God,
do you still care for me,
and is your kind understanding still leading me?
I just feel so lost.
Thank you for the ones I love,
who love me-
thank you for how blessed I am,
in what I have-what I can do to make your words known
andwhat I can do to make you famous throughout this drowning nation.
Please, don't let me drown.
