Such human qualities as morality, compassion, decency, wisdom and so forth have been the foundations of all civilizations. These qualities must be cultivated and sustained through systematic moral education in a conductive social environment, so that a more humane world may emerge.

It's so true, but so sad that some people are lacking in these qualities. Can you imagine if everyone were to have these qualities, what a peaceful world this would be?

Yes, just common decency would be a vast improvement for the masses.

Yes - interesting I was having a similar discussion with another friend about this very thing - how it is so much a "me" society now. What ever happened to thinking of others before yourselves?
Treat others as you would want them to treat you?

The world has gone to pot sadly.
