I found that on www.resurrectionafterrape.org, you can download the whole book "Resurrection After Rape" for free. I learned of this through my work (law), because the book has become an "industry standard" for best practices in approaching rape treatments, and has helped in legal cases for rape victims. In other words, this book presents the best data (to date) that will stand up in either a clinical or legal setting...so yeah, it's good.
