A Womans Beauty

A woman was asked what she used to make her complexion so beautiful and her whole being so bright and attractive.

She answered:

"I use for my lips, truth
I use for my voice, kindness
I use for my ears, compassion
I use for my hands, charity
I use for my fatigue, uprightness
I use for my heart, love
I use for any who do not like me, prayer."

  My smile lines show I lived a happy life.
  My forhead shows I was curious, concerned, excited, worried, and yes, sometimes angry.
  My stretch marks on my belly shows I had 2 wonderful children and every one of them were worth it!
  My 'extra baggage' makes me look more like a grandma. I have a 4 month old granddaugher! Whoot!

  My smile shows I have joy in life.
  I use my voice to comfort those in need and to put those in their place who hurt loved others.
  
  My ears listen to the beautiful sounds God has given us for joy. Singing of birds, sound of the rain or laugh of a innocent child listening for those in need to be heard.
  
  My hands are dry and nails short. They show I have worked hard and made an honest living.
  
  My belly shows the pain I go through at times to survive this life God has so generously given me.
  
  My eyes show when I am happy or when I am sad. They let me know what to beware of and yet they give me pleasure in the beautiful things God has put on this earth to see.
  
  When I am fatigued I remember there are many with worse problems than I that may need my help to find energy to continue.
  
  I use my heart for carefully so it is not damaged for those who want to feel the love it offers.
  I give thanks in prayer to my God for the wonder blessing he as bestowed upon me.

  My eyes show a longing within and the deep depths of the purity of this soul. My eyes witness the tradegy of life and the beauty of life.
  
  My ears hear the whisperings of the un-truthful.
  
  My hands are littered in old needle track marks which show the insanity I have lived. LOL One of them has a purty tattoo and more to come too!
  
  I agree with the stretch marks comment lol
  
  My voice is forceful and authorative. Yet my voice can bring beautiful smiles to the faces of my children.
  
  For my fatugue, well this one is the kicker right now, I am learning compassion, patience, acceptance.
  
  For my heart, is guarded by steel mesh and can not be infiltrated. My children and select others reside in my heart and once there will never go, even if we part.
  
  As for those that do not like me they can bug off.
  
  It is those that I do not like that I will pray for.

  My heart carries the love of my children
  My wrist carries a tattoo of them too
  My stomach carries stretch marks from growing them inside me
  My breast have been stretched from feeding them
  My body once thin and shapely now gone
  My mouth kisses away the sores of crying children and disciplines the naughty behavior
  My lap rocks a baby to sleep
  My feet have paced the floor for hours waiting on news when my child was so sick
  My purpose here on this earth was to have them, to love them, to watch them grow and to sadly watch them fly.
  Whatdo I do someone might ask, my answer that that is: I love, I teach, I nurse, I guard, I feed, I hug, I yell, I laugh, I cry, I feel, I am a Mother before all else that's what I do.

  Wow, I was going back in time here and I really like this statement.
  To set these as a daily goal in my head -- it is always trying to be a better person. A woman of myself- my esteem tends to go up and down. I am not sure what fatigue is-- what is fatigue ?? Sounds like anxiety
