help please?

Please can anyone give me advice? i have to lose weight,i always start off determind to lose weight,then by mid morning i,m eating crisp,s and chocolates and all the stuff i souldn,t be eating,i,ve tried to keep myself busy,but i always give in and start eating all the crappy foods!the longest i,ve lasted was two day,s please please can anyone help me as i,ve promised my friends i would do a sponsered slim with all the money going to our local hospice,i would be so very very grateful of any advice right now,this is my sisters site and her son and i have been given permission to use this site, i told her that i was thinking of doing and she doesn,t believe me that i can do it,i can,t afford to go to a slimming club i try to walk alot but it,s the food thing that is really messing me up help please!!!

    Hi. I am new here, but I will try to help you. Maybe we can work together! I need to lose 70 pounds.

    Two years ago, I weighed 115. I now weigh about 185.

    I'm pretty good at research, and maybe we could encourage and help each other. I need to lose 70 pounds.

    Hi, i also have a sweet tooth and that is my down fall. I can't seem to put down the cookies at 2 a.m. But all the rest of the day I watch what I eat so I don't get it. I have joined a fitness center 3 months ago and have noticed an improvement. I am finally toning up. But I had to give up other things like cable tv and cell phones to be able to afford to join.

    Have you checked in your community for a walking club? Sometimes if your city has a community center you can find information on clubs where other people just like you need an extra push. Maybe you can find a support group that you can call when you feel like eating things you shouldn't. I have heard that if you can wait 10 minutes that the craving will go away. Agroup will also help motivate you to get out and exercise. Check out the internet for groups in your area.

    HEY! I HAVE MY PROBLEMS TOO!! TRUST ME!!!
    WOULDN'T IT BE SOOO NICE.... IF WE COULD BE TOGETHER EVERY DAY AND HELP EACH OTHER THOUGH IT ALL!?
    I DO SOOOO MUCH BETTER..... WHEN SOMEONE ELSE IS DOING THE WEIGHT LOSS AND EXERCISE THING WITH ME! BUT...I KNOW THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE! I WISH I HAD THE RIGHT ADVICE FOR YOU!!! I REALLY DO!
    BUT...I'M AFRAID I DON'T!
