I wanted to do the program, but couldn't afford it. I decided I would try walking and it worked!! I have lost 30 pounds, and health is improving. I have seen to many co-workers do the program just to find the weight again. I wish you the best. Good luck. I know its not for everyone but there are good results.
Take care.

If You Want to Start Nutrisystem
Posted on 06/28/09, 09:40 amHi,
I live in the Windham, CT area and I just started Nutrisystem on May 16, 2009 and I've lost 23 lbs. to date. I'm just offering to save anyone who wants to start it $30. Nutrisystem has a "Buddy Bucks" program and if I submit an email address that person will receive an email from Nutrisystem offering $30 off their first purchase. I also benefit and save $30. If anyone would like to receive this offer, just email me your email address. Send it to jsimonie@hotmail.com. My next monthly order is scheduled for July 16 so I'm looking for a chance to help someone and help myself to save $30.
I'm on the vegetarian plan and I really love it. For $269 (that's with the $30 discount) you get 28 days of food PLUS one week of free food. Note: If you have any sensitivity to SPLENDA let Nutrisystem folks know that before you order and they can give you food that avoids it.
That's all for now. Pass this offer on to anyone who you think might want to give Nutrisystem a try. A woman I work with started it after me and she received the $30 off so we know the Buddy Bucks works. She lost 7 lbs in one week in time for her daughter's June 20 wedding.
Hope to hear from somebody! Thanks for your help.

Nutri-system is very expensive, especially if you have a family to feed as well. I was on NS for about 7 months then I just couldn't afford it anymore. Basically what it is, is eating smaller portion sizes, more protein and eating the foods that are lower on the Glycemic index. NS did work for me, I lost 30 pounds but I had to give it up because of the cost of the food. Now I see the food at "Big Lot" stores all the time. I have put 20 pounds back on in the last year, so you cant be "on a diet" to have it work for you you have to change your lifestyle.
I agree with Terrie, exercise really helps.
