people laughing at me

so i live in a small town and some people can be very ignorant..
one person said.. well, most people around here work hard were not used to seeing someone your size..

another person said have you heard of that new surgery where they put an elastic around your stomach.. I felt like saying why are you gonna do it ? but i said yknow your big to. hes like ive always been this size but i work hard.. ( bla bla bla)

someone else said. i know someone youd like to date... im like well what does he do.. hes on aish coz hes fat... ( hello eat some smart pills!!! )

then i go out in my yard and people laugh at me ... they dont care about how i feel or how they look they laugh old young... its weird here in this small town. like they have never been in the real world.

3 people have commited suicide here in the last year..

its not all bad there are some good things but really at first i got so depressed..

  I know how you feel and I don't live in a small town at all! Happens to me online too.
  
  Tonight I was talking to some guy who added me on myspace (there is a picture I'm tagged in) so I figured he looked at it. Well in the middle of a conversation (that was going well) he asked me if I had a picture and I said there was the one on there. He couldn't figure out which one was me so I explained how. Well a few minutes go by and he doesn't say anything then just signed out of Yahoo messenger. Well I went on myspace to see if he was still my "friend" and he wasn't so he removed me right after he saw what I look like.
  
  Real subtle way of saying "I can't even speak to you now that I know what you look like" eh?
  
  I'll never understand how people can act like they do, like you're less of a person cause you're overweight.

  DON'T LET THOSE SMALL MINDED PEOPLE GET YOU DOWN! IT'S TOO BAD THAT THOSE TYPE OF PEOPLE DON'T.... THINK....BEFORE...THEY SPEAK!
  BUT...THEN AGAIN...THERE ARE THOSE... WHO JUST DON'T GIVE TWO SHITS WHAT THEY SAY OR DO! DON'T STOOP TO THEIR LEVEL!! JUST CONSIDER THE SOURCE AND IGNORE THEM! GOD LOVES YOU AND SO DO I!
