UPDATE ON OUR WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!

    Tomorrow, Sunday, I will have to post weight loss here. I cannot apparently send PM's, update my goals, or edit my status! Nothing is working while these monkeys continue to "upgrade". You guys having the same problems?

    I really can't believe it, but I weighed in today at 174!!! Started at 178 just 7 days ago! I've been drinking a slimfast shake in the morning, string cheese for morning snack, slim fast for lunch, 100 calorie pack for afternoon snack, and a lite dinner (usually something like veggies and half a chicken breast all before 6pm). I read in a health magazine that drinking a glass of peppermint tea (unsweetened) after dinner helps aid digestion and ward off hunger, so I've been doing that too. Good luck everyone, we can do it together! :)

    I weighted myself Friday and I lost another 3 pounds. In January, I was 278 now I am 227. hip ray!

    I have a problem. All my clothes don't fit, I have to pin the skirts and shorts. I am now in the process of buying new clothes. Judi

    On July 27th I started taking slim shots to help control my appetite. They seem to work well for me. 2 weeks ago I started walking for 15 minutes at break time instead of stress eating. I haven't weighed in yet today but yesterday I weighed 142 down from starting weight of 147 on July 27th. For the last 2 weeks I have really been watching what goes into my mouth.
