It's a late reply - sorry! I am not online as often as I'd like.
Here's what I do: I keep fruit and Core friendly food available, so if I want/need something, it's right there. Keep them on the kitchen table or toward the front of the fridge. If it's staring you in the face, you'll eat it!
Also, because I work outside of the home, I bring my "feed bag" with me. It has bottled water, fruit (apples, or cut up cantelope, oranges, etc.) ready to eat.
Remember that you're allowed 35 points a week as well. I divvy them up to about 5 points a day. A good snack are the FiberOne bars. VERY tastey, and only 2 points per bar. I tend to stay away from the Weight Watchers sponsored foods; I find them very expensive. There are alternatives out there. I bring my cardboard point counter with me to the grocery store and check out the food before it goes in the cart. If its 2 points or less per snack, I'll consider getting it!
I also enjoy a glass of wine with dinner every night. 2 points per 4 oz glass.
I have a number of yummy recipes that we enjoy in our house too. I'll post them this weekend! They'll help satisfy those chocolate cravings...
