Hey there, OK this seems like it could give me some motivation.
I weigh 198 pounds (14st 2lbs) eeek!!!
I would like to lose around 56 pounds (4 stones) to get me to 10 stones or 140 pounds.
Have you taken your measurements? Sometimes the scales don't show a loss but you're actually losing inches off your hips bust etc.

Dont feel like i am forcing you to but it would help in knowing what you would like to get to.
Im currently at 236 pounds and very much over weight i would like to lose between 70 - 84 pounds to get me down to 166 - 152 pounds.

Ok... I weigh 232, and I would like to loose about 50 lbs. My goal is to be 180 or so.

so i weight about 170...i would like to lose 20 pounds to start, but eventually 40 to bring me to 130. -

no i havent taken measurements yet and yes that is a good idea i will try and do that soon when i get a measurement tape from somewhere..lol. Im glad that you arent to scared of posting your weights on here cuz then you can see what other people are trying to lose and what they currently weigh. by the looks we all are roughly aiming for the same area of weight but we should also take into consideration that muscle weighs more than fat and that if you are excersising to then you will gain muscle mass and this will alter your weight so yes i agree that taking measurements is a good step in seeing a leaner thinner you. -

I am 5' 10" I weigh 280 I was 295 just a month ago, so at least I can say I lost, but i would like to at least lose 50 but my real goal is to lose 100 and even then I won't be in the normal weight range for my height My Final Goal is to weigh 180. -

I STARTED MY DIET ON THE 3RD MARCH WEIGHING 171LBS[12ST 3LBS]I HAVE SINCE LOST 2ST 8LBS IN 15 WEEKS AND NOW WEIGH 9ST 9LBS [135LBS] I WANT TO GET DOWN TO 8ST 7LBS [119LBS] AS I AM ONLY 5FT 2INCH. -

I weigh typically 245 and haven't weighed in awhile. I am going to do the measurement route. My son lost 68 pounds down from 305 and stepped on the scale every 3 months or so. He sorta didn't micromanage his weight, he would just say "Wow mom look at my pants bagging!"
I will prolly weigh myself at the grocery store if I remember, but buying a tape measure today. I will log it in then along with an updated grocery scale weight. -

Hello all,
right now I weigh 319 poundseven though i don't look like it. I have more of a stocky build.
I would like to ooops i need to lose 119 lbs to be happy.
I have not taken my measurements yet but i will do them tonight. -

Hi all,
i weigh 147.4 lb and would like to lose about 25 lbs. I dont have a large frame and the weight does not look pretty in any sense. Its come to a point that i cannot wear white t-shirts anymore as there are pudgy bits showing.
Its horrible. Day 3 of diet today.

Okay...this pains me....I weigh 185 and would like to lose 60 pounds to get me to where I was before kid #3. Measuring is a good idea and i am going to do that before I go to bed...are we posting those too?...please say no...please say no...This is a painful journey
