How to do 2lbs per week!

Hey all!
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to increase my weight loss on WW each week to around 2lbs? I am 21 5'5 and 162 pounds! I am trying to lose 6 pounds by May 31st!

WELL I KNOW ITS MAY 31 NOW BUT ILL SHARE WITH YOU ANYWAY . I STARTED TO DO WEIGHT RESISTANCE . LIKE LIFTING UP STARTING WITH 10 AND MOVING ON TO MORE WHEN YOU THINK YOU CAN . LIFTING WEIGHTS WILL GIVE YOU THE TONING AND MAKE YOULOSE MORE WEIGHT THAN JUST CARDIO . I WAS JUST DOING CARDIO BEFORE AND IT WAS COMING OFF REALLY SLOW . LIFTING THE WEIGHTS HAS HELPED SO I HOPE IT HELPS YOU TOO .
