i have stayed the same as when i started so i am back up to 299. just cant get into eating healthy at the moment, too busy using food as a comfort, ooopppss
i will try harder for next week, that is a promise to myself

214 last week 212 Lbs this week so taking into consideration I cant walk about at the moment or exercise I am very pleased. Viv
Ps 33 days ago I weighed 228 Lbs so to say I am delighted is an understatement -

i was like 156-157 last week sometime. today i was 154-155. it's hard to tell where the needle actually is. so i'll give it a 2-3 pounds possibly lost -

I am ashamed to say I have gained 2 pounds this week.
Last week 188
This week 190
I just do not understand what is happening here. How could I have gained 2 pounds?
I will give it one more week. If nothing improves by then I might as well give up. It is no better than before I started this diet. -

and to everyone else you're all doing great.
If you haven't lost no worries I have been there (for all of AUGUST! haha) Just have to think what do I need to do differently.
and if you have gained Blame it on hormones or water bloating.

hey guys second weigh in for me big loss but i have been sick will do it in kilo and pounds
last week 83.1kgs 183lbs
this week 81.4kgs 180lbs
so a 1.7kg loss or a 3lbs loss -
