Good Morning,

Hi,
My name is Mabel Ann and I'm new here. My weight is staying about the same. But really track my food. And try to walk on treadmill at least 4 daya week. But this week has not been good on that only three this week.

Do you need help to keep you on track.Don't face it all on your own. Lets support each other and loose weight. Maybe we can swap recipies and ideas and help each other along the way. After all we all have the same goals which is to loose weight and be healthy.
