    If you see some different names on the spreadsheet, it's because I accidentally posted the link for our spreadsheet, to the Diets and Weight Maintenance group. I have told them it was an accident, but we just may get some new members out of my goof. Just wanted to let you know ahead of time why there may be different names on the spreadsheet.

    I'm one of the ones that saw it on Diets and Weight Maintence. I hope you all don't mind if I leave it there. I usually ask for a buddy but this month was just way to busy for me to have a buddy. If you want to someone can take my name off. It does help me keep track of what progress I am makeing and I like to see how the buddy group members are doing also since I have had several of yu as buddies in the past.

    I won't remove anyone's name that wants to use it. It is a good tool for keeping track and when your weight is written down, you have a better record. No problem!!

    It is saved automatically when you exit. Just make sure that you have hit the enter key on your keyboard.

    sobe - If you measure yourself, you can enter the number of inches that you lost if you want to. Don't worry about the spreadsheet though, there are others that don't use it. But if you do want to keep track, feel free to enter anything that will help you to see how you are doing. You could even enter your clothes size if that will help. Just seeing something written down can really give a boost to your ego and weight loss.

    Thought I would bump this to the top so everyone could find it. Don't forget to record your weight so you can keep track and see how you are doing. The previous spreadsheets are also available to view if you want to view what you did in the past months. Just find the thread that has the link in it and click. They are all there for you to see.
