Weekly Weigh In 10/31

We will take the weight that you had yesterday, instead of adding in the goodies from yesterday. Also let us know how the month went for you. It is good to look back and see the last 4 weeks and what you have done in the past. Sometimes I think that we just look at the last week, when over the month, we have done better than we thought. Even look back at where you were when you started the weight loss journey and look how far you have come.

What a pair we make chickenlegs...Are you sure you don't want to change buddies..It's not too late you know.... i'm sure Doris would take pity on you!!!......doesn't bode well for us for this month...lol......I had a very naughty day yesterday too....hopefully we've both got it out of the way early in the month...You're quite right Doris, sometimes it's not so much about how you have done the last week, but where you started...if i look at the last week or weeks for that matter it doesn't look too impressive, but when i look back at the beginning and see i have lost 30lbs in 4 months it encourages me to keep going...How's everyone else doing? Wishing you all an awesome week with great results, and a fun time with your new buddy. -

Ugh, gained a lb. I always start out good in the morning..fruit, low fat yogurt etc. but by evening, I'm tired, sore and hungry. The leftover chocolate bars were calling me as were the stoned wheat thins! I at least was accountable and wrote it in my food journal. I could have just as well left them OFF! ROFL Back on track and hope to do better today. -

I had a great week this week I didnt do too bad considering the holiday Ive lost 2.5 lbs I absolutly agree about looking back and seeing the bigger picture esp when the losses slow down but I have lost 8 lbs in the past month and Im extremely happy with it
