Food Diary for Starting Out or Maintenance

I use a food diary for just making a note of everything I eat.

If I am trying to lose...I set a calorie limit and record the calories of the serving sizes as well.

When I am in maintenance mode or in weight loss mode it really helps to have one in my purse so it is near me at all times so I will use it more. I use Little Black Book-Daily Food Diary.

I am trying to increase my activity now.

Any one have an easy low cal casserole recipe?
