WEIGHT CONTROL WARRIORS is a group for those who are trying to lose or otherwise control their weight by diet and or exercise. It is a group were people can come for support for when they are struggling on their diet or exercise plan. People are invited to share stories of their diet related struggles and triumphs. People are encouraged to post how their diet or exercise plan is going, and lend encouragement to others.
