Well summers and fall has ended up her in the great white north.  Yesterday there was snow just north of us.   Not looking forward to the cold for us with Raynauds .  I am sure the weather changes will affect us all. So glad to see people joining in on roll call. Keep it up. Any one finding an interesting article or survey please go ahead and post. Toodles for now marilyn.   A big welcome to our many new members of late.  Jump right in.  hugs

I live in the south but when the cold weather comes in my hands and feet turn purple. please remember to wear socks at all times, gloves if your going somewhere like the grocery store and have to put your hands in the freezer. I can hardly do it. raynaud's is a very hard disease on our bodies. it takes a horrible tole on us. their is no cure so we have to learn to do the best we can. remember my dr. said to always warm the bed (electric blanket) before you get in it. dont let your bones get cold. I have done this for yrs and it helps so much. try doing these tips. gail
