The perfect day could only follow a perfect night of sleep. On my perfect day I would have high energy and low pain, I would go to one of our beautiful National Parks and enjoy Mother Nature. As I walked there would be a gentle breeze that didn't hut my skin, sun and clouds making the shadows dance on the ground, the sound of birds singing, and no bugs to bite me.

The perfect day.......going on a nature hike without having to stop due to pain or fatigue. Finding a clearing and sitting down to a picnic with my daughter while looking at the clouds and listening to the peaceful sounds. Then coming home and playing with my daughter and our dogs, while barbequeing. After eating we would dance to some music and just have fun. This would be a perfect day for me.

I'd like a day where my husband and I can plan a day trip without having to plan day trips and without worrying that it will have to be cancelled at the last minute because I'm not well.
A nice day, and no guilt. Heaven.

A day without any pain.
A day without my muscles constantly twitching.
A day feeling like I felt before fibromyalgia!!

A perfect day would be to wake up and not have any of this .....I have retired and would love to travel or at least just go on short trips...but when I plan one I always back out for lack of energy to pack and drive on a trip my eye sight keeps getting worse all the time ...don't know if it is from the fibo or not but I sure have alot of trouble seeing ....SO ....my perfect day would to be normal which I know will never be :( again.
