I'll second that. Welcome home. Proud to have you here.
TWO tours? What? You didn't get to see enough of it the first trip?

Bless you friend. I spent a total of some 26 months overseas between Vietnam, the Phillipines & Thailand. You're right, it's good to be back.
    Thanks.

Watch out for Gunnery. He is like McHale. Always some angle or other.
But this is a for real group, Guns was with an army outfit that was hand in glove with a bunch of us jar-jars. I was an E-3, which means I continually failed to meet the low expectations I set for myself. Two years, and only an L/Cpl fireteam leader. Even for a jar-jar, you have to admit that is pretty low wattage. At least our woodstock was an M-14, and not a dope-soaked orgy of sex drugs and rock and roll. come to think of it, that really don't sound too bad! Welcome, Marine! Glad you made it all the way back. Semper Amicus!!

When are you dear guys going to stop worrying about your hair? Girlfriends husband lost his hair quite young, and other men gave him heaps. He became quite selfconsious of it after a while. At a family day on base, with his wife beside him they said something again. He never said anything, no chance anyway. Wife turned round to see this hairy creature as she described him later. Gave him the slow 'wife' look from feet to hair and very clearly called out, "Well, if you men want to waste your hormones growing hair, well, go ahead" They never said another word to him again ever about it,

Welcome
