Maybe you are experiencing the seasonal change?
Many are going through somewhat of a mixed state state and describing much of what you are saying. They have some really up days then hit out of nowhere with depression. I truly in my heart believe that the change of seasons has a huge impact on us. My doctor stated that they are beginning to put bipolar folks pretty much in the same pattern as those with Seasonal Affective Disorder. these mixed state cycles seem to occur during the Early Spring and Early fall months.Hope this helps. May be a good time to cal the doctor and let them know too.

I feel that most of us experience this 'up and down' roller coaster. I know that i do, and on my low days i wonder so much about the 'why' of it. -

I do agree with you there Kelelectric about the change of seasons and depression...I go through these bi-polar mood swings out of the blue they hit me.I tend to isolate alot and want to be alone....I cry for hours sometimes and thensay a prayer....It helps reaching out for a higher power....BAM68
