Fertility Wisdom

This is something that has really helped me in the last two months "Fertility Wisdom" by Angela C Wu. I had only found this book a couple months ago and it is an easy read summarizing what my DH and I were, for the most part, already doing. It is a book about traditional chinese medicine and fertility. From diet recommendations, to accupuncture, to exercises, to meditation, to Feng Shui and your environment. Doing what you can to ready your body, mind and spirt to invit your babies spirit into your world.

I am sooo going to try acupuncture. Im now seeing an alternative remedy doc callrd Jan De Fries.....he lives ten mins away from me. Look him up on Google. At the min Im taking herbal pills and seeing him on 27th Dec.x
