Most care my family have received has been very good. I dislike the way the government is trying to manipulate us via the media, pitching the public against the medical profession. However it is wrong that collective complaint is often ignored at the expense of the both the public and the medical profession. My family has had excellent care at times and this had been regardless of the size of GP surgery, if it works well leave it alone, however if you are propelled into the catchment of something very dodgy which does not work, and has an active bypass pattern going back decades - its wrong to leave it alone!
