how to find a good doctor in glasgow scotland?

i have mental health problems and my doc isnt helping at all how do i find a good understanding doc that will listen ?

  i honestly dont know if there is any one way to find a good dr.......perhaps just changing to a younger one might help, as they may know a little more about mental health issues, other than that it just might be trial and error unfortunately
